We have no contact forms on our site.The contact  information will only be used in the fulfilment of our trading relationship with you.

When our trading relationship cases we will dispose of that information in line with our Privacy Policy.

This information is shared and stored securely with our bank to facilitate online transactions. Your permission to do so is implicit in providing financial details to process these payments.

Controlling your data

When you share your personal information with us, we promise to use it respectfully and only for the purposes for which you originally shared it.

Retention of personal information

How long we retain your information depends on your relationship with Kent First Aid Supplies Ltd. Where we have provided a service to a client and that trading relationship is at an end we will only retain documentation for six months. All documentation will be reviewed after one year and deleted unless legally required to keep it.

For ongoing relationships with users, suppliers and partner organisations, we will retain your information for as long as necessary for the uses set out in this Policy. All personal information that is no longer pertinent to an ongoing trading relationship will be retained for no longer than six months or for as long as we are legally required to do so, as in the case of legal, financial or contractual constraints.

Updates to the Privacy Policy
